1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PulseWake, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. License

PulseWake is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Your purchase grants you:

• A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app
• Use on devices associated with your Apple ID
• Lifetime access to the version purchased (subject to OS compatibility)

3. App Functionality

Important: PulseWake is designed to function as an alarm application, but we cannot guarantee 100% reliability due to factors outside our control, including:

• Device battery depletion
• iOS system failures or bugs
• Device hardware malfunction
• User error in alarm configuration

Do not rely solely on PulseWake for critical wake-ups where failure could result in significant consequences.

4. System Requirements

PulseWake requires:

• iOS 17.0 or later
• Apple Watch Series 6 or later (for Watch features)
• watchOS 10.0 or later (for Watch features)

We may discontinue support for older OS versions with future updates.

5. Pricing

PulseWake is available for a one-time purchase of $0.99 USD (or equivalent in your region). There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or recurring charges.

6. Refunds

All purchases are handled through the Apple App Store. Refund requests should be directed to Apple according to their refund policy. We have no control over Apple's refund decisions.

7. Updates

We may release updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, or ensure compatibility with new iOS versions. Updates are provided free of charge to existing users.

8. Privacy

PulseWake collects zero user data. Please see our Privacy Policy for complete details.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PulseWake and its developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to missed alarms, lost sleep, or consequential damages.

10. Third-Party Frameworks

PulseWake uses Apple's system frameworks (AlarmKit, WatchConnectivity, CoreHaptics, ActivityKit). These are subject to Apple's terms and may change functionality based on iOS updates.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Redistribute or resell the app
• Use the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to bypass or modify app functionality

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Termination

You may stop using PulseWake at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may discontinue the app at any time, though your license to use the downloaded version continues.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
