The Short Version: PulseWake collects zero data. Nothing. Your alarms, settings, and everything else stays entirely on your device. We can't see it, access it, or collect it because we don't have any servers.
Data Collection
PulseWake does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data or usage information. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Alarm times or schedules
- Usage patterns or analytics
- Device information
- Location data
- Contact information
- Health or sleep data
- Any personally identifiable information
Data Storage
All alarm data and app settings are stored locally on your device using iOS standard storage (UserDefaults and Keychain). This data:
- Never leaves your device
- Is not backed up to our servers (we don't have any)
- Is not synced between devices
- Is deleted when you delete the app
Network Access
PulseWake does not request or require network permissions. The app functions entirely offline and cannot communicate with external servers.
Third-Party Services
PulseWake does not integrate with any third-party services, analytics platforms, or advertising networks.
Apple Health Integration
PulseWake does not access Apple Health data or any health-related information.
iCloud Sync
PulseWake does not use iCloud sync. Your alarms and settings remain local to each device.
Children's Privacy
PulseWake is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no data from anyone, we inherently collect no data from children.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change our privacy practices, we will update this policy and notify users through the App Store update notes. However, our commitment to zero data collection is fundamental to the app.
